89 Honda Accord- needs work - $450 (Green Forest)

89 Honda Accord for fixing up or parts.
Comes with a clean title for this one.
Odometer is at 231k.
It's really clean inside and was a sporty car with moonroof and flip-up headlights at one time.
It doesn't start and we don't know what's wrong with it.
It was my brother's car.
It broke down years ago.
He doesn't cae about cars so he can't even remember what it needed but he didn't have money to fix it and he gave it to my dad.
Dad picked it up from Chicago and brought it back and never did anything with it.
Were moving soon so were getting rid of stuff.
The only thing I can say is, Dad bought another 88 Accord, presumably a parts car, and parked it on the other side of the house so, apparently, he was planning to restore this one and didn't get around to it.
