*Bucket List Summer TASC Force Specialist*
TASC’s Bucket List Summer (BLS) TASC Force Specialist (TFS) is a _seasonal_ position that reports to the BLS program coordinator.
This position will work across NWA, specifically in our Rogers and Springdale locations.

*This position is full-time (36/hrs a week), seasonal, temporary, 12 weeks, Monday-Friday.

*Responsibilities include:*
* Participate in all BLS staff training and meetings.
* Available to work the entire BLS summer season with little interruption.
* Follow all TASC & BLS rules and regulations.
* Guide and encourage individual campers and groups to participate in all camp activities.
* Supervise all aspects of the teens’ day.
* Facilitate group activities with camp participants, including reflections and assessments provided by program managers
* Communicate with parents, providing updates where required and answering questions they may have.
* Set a good example for campers and others, including cleanliness, punctuality, sharing clean up duties, and sportsmanship.
* Other duties may be assigned as required.
* Applicants must be available to attend pre-camp TASC Force sessions and work the entire 12-week camp session (May 20, 2024-August 9, 2024).
*Required:*
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
College students or at least 18 years of age are required.
* Previous experience working with children is preferred.
* Desire and ability to work with teens.
* Must pass reference and background checks, including fingerprint and sex offender registry checks.
* Must be comfortable driving groups of teens.
Driver's license is required.
* Able to participate in physical activities, including water-based activities
* Able to maintain attention and high energy or excitement for extended periods.
* Able to relate to one’s peer group.
* Able to accept supervision and guidance.
* Able to assist in teaching activities.
* Good character, integrity, and adaptability.
* Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, and self-control.
* CPR/First Aid Certification (provided during pre-camp TASC Force training).
* Must be able to spend extended periods of time outdoors and tolerate various weather conditions.
* Not eligible for benefits.
