Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy-related questions, changes, and updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Language Skills: Utilize bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our internal systems.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Requirements
Bilingual Fluency: Proficiency in English and another language to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and claims processes.
