Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

*General Summary: *The employee in this position will have the responsibility for answering phone calls from parents or patients desiring an appointment for their child or themselves and scheduling appointments.
The employee will also be responsible at times for greeting families as they enter the clinic and verifying all demographic information, insurance information and ensuring that we have Insurance cards and IDs on file.
The employee will arrange for the movement of patients into and through the clinic.
The employee will ensure that when scheduling appointments for patients, they confirm that the insurance on file is still correct.
The employee will establish new patients as appropriate.
The employee in this position will at times be responsible for checking patients out from their appointment and accurately collecting co-pay and deductible amounts due.
The employee will work to uphold the mission statement of Living Tree Pediatrics, PLLC.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.
