Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

is looking for a self-motivated, confident individual to join our Transportation Division located in Springdale, Arkansas as a Transportation Coordinator.
We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and data entry experience who can jump right in and make decisions with little to no direction.
* The job is fast-paced, demanding and rewarding, requiring the ability to multitask while remaining detail oriented.
* The job involves customer communication, dispatch communication, and compliance.
* Eligible candidates will have a positive attitude and ability to relate to our clients and internal customers (drivers).
*Job Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:* * Fielding a very high volume of calls from clients scheduling rides and updating existing rides.
* Direct drivers to the next location.
* Dispatch rides accurately and on-time.
* Accurately provide pricing for rides to clients.
* Ability to multitask and manage diverse details to excel in a high energy environment with shifting priorities.
* Attention to detail is critical.
* Excellent listening skills and communication skills.
*Qualifications:* * Eligible candidates must have flexible work hours, including some long days and weekends.
* Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply.
* Candidates must have experience with MS Office, Google Office Suite and Gmail.
* Data entry and customer service experience is a plus but not required.
* Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
