Description: Customer Service and Online Sales Representative Job Summary Responsible for providing an exceptional and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Always strive to provide excellent customer service by maintaining positive, effective communication with our customers via phone calls, text messages, emails, chat, and social media.
This is a full time position that reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Please Note: This position is a full time, in-office position with hours from 7am - 4pm daily.
Essential Job Tasks *Main areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, the following: Be the “face” / voice of Impressions.
Communicate clear, helpful information via all forms of contact (e.
g, in person, phone call, text, email, chat, and social media).
Make sure that all our customer interactions end on a happy note AND they become repeat customers.
Even if communicating with customers online, You are the voice of the brand.
Listen to and resolve customer complaints.
Never abruptly end a conversation with an upset customer.
Always remain professional and calm in stressful situations.
You are the first point of contact when customers and employees walk in the building– be cheerful and welcoming.
Assist customers with sales through chat, social media and as needed with completing orders.
This may involve taking orders over the phone, suggesting alternative items via social media or email if an original request is sold out, up-selling a cart if a customer requests styling help, etc.
Social media duties include, but are not limited to: check social media frequently throughout the day to respond to customers, answer customer questions, reply to positive and negative feedback, shopping/sales help, etc.
Without being too pushy, keep customers aware of new products, reordered items, promotions, sales, and special events that are going on.
Keep organized, detailed information on customers and their transactions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with all customers.
Organize and verify customer information when needed and resolve any disputes.
Pick Up Orders & Returns: Assist customers who have placed pick up orders or come to make a return.
Go the “extra mile” in exceeding customer expectations with their in-person experience.
Contact customers who have placed a local pick up order and have not picked up to remind them of their order.
Keep an organized and clean order area.
Always remember to be helpful to every customer.

Strong Communication Skills - Ability to convey information effectively in writing and verbally to customers and co-workers Fluent Knowledge of the English language including the meaning/spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills Detail Oriented Bilingual would be icing on the cake but not necessary.
