The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling for pest technicians, responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
* Provide accurate information about our treatments and other services.
* Maintain customer records and update customer profiles as needed.
* Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
* Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
