*Position Summary:*
We seek a dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our Call Center Sales Agent team.
In this role, you will generate sales leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking services.
The best candidate for our Sales Agent will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their needs with enthusiasm and poise.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills.
Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
● Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential guests interested in short-term rental properties.
● Engage with prospective guests to understand their accommodation needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
● Provide detailed information about available rental properties, including amenities, pricing, and booking terms.
● Utilize sales techniques to persuade potential guests to book reservations and secure bookings.
● Process bookings accurately and efficiently using our reservation management system.
● Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and encourage bookings.
● Handle objections and concerns from potential guests, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rental property inventory, pricing, promotions, and policies.
● Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales processes and achieve sales targets.
● Provide feedback and insights to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
● Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
● Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems or reservation software.
● Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
● Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
● Ability to work any scheduled between 8 am - 10 pm
● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or hospitality is a plus.
