*Customer Service Representative Role and Responsibilities*
* Provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members.
* Acknowledging the receipt of all incoming Help Desk communications (Text, Phone and Email) within 1 hour of receiving, with the goal of having a complete and thorough answer for questions within 24 hours if not the same day.

*Work Environment*
This job operates in a professional office environment.
This is a non-remote position but there is flexibility for remote work days as approved by a supervisor.
The ability to make and receive phone calls in a private and quiet professional environment is required.
*Position Type and Expected Hours of Work*
* This is a part-time position.
Standard business hours are Monday through Friday flexible hours can be coordinated with team members.
* Events requiring more demanding hours/attention than normal will be communicated in advance (i.
e.
Giving Days, End of Year Giving , etc…).
* Time off must be approved in advance by a supervisor.
*Required Education and Experience*
* High school diploma or GED diploma, or one to three months’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficiency in basic computer skills, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
* Strong communication skills as well as active listening skills
*Preferred Education and Experience*
* Customer Service Experience.
* SAS Software Experience.
* Nonprofit Administration Experience.
* Salesforce Experience.
*PTO and Holiday Pay*
* As a part time employee you will receive 40 hrs of Paid Time Off each calendar year that must be used within that calendar year.
* You will receive 4 hours of Holiday Pay every Holiday that Pure Charity observes.
The list of observed Holidays can be found on the team calendar or a list can be requested from your direct supervisor.
(Please note that no overtime will be permitted during pay periods that include Holiday Pay)
