Launched in September 2022, Walmart Business is on a rapid growth trajectory.
Our team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to help build and grow Walmart Business' capabilities to serve Public Sector clients.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be crucial in leading and ensuring the successful delivery of projects to meet the needs of large public sector organizations in including education, city, local and state governments.
Your exceptional skills and proven experience in executive communications, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities will be vital to fostering strong relationships, driving positive change, and managing teams without formal authority.
Also, your ability to accommodate and negotiate leaders needs while keeping the Customer Success teams' needs at the forefront will be essential to our growing team.
What you'll do: Lead and oversee the successful delivery of key technical initiatives and cross-team projects to serve the ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Be comfortable leading teams of individuals over whom you have no formal authority - holding individuals accountable to committed actions and deadlines in a collaborative and constructive manner Effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders, accommodating and negotiating their needs while ensuring precise alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Bring thought leadership of how to develop the services delivery practices for Customer Success Services and build a case and generate desire for change within your stakeholder community to secure buy-in and ease the adoption of new processes/practices Build strong networks with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships to drive successful project outcomes to grow, win and serve the public sector customer Utilize your exceptional executive communications skills to influence decision-making processes and manage teams without formal authority, ensuring effective coordination and cooperation.
Rapidly identify problem areas and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.
Understand and balance the competing needs of stakeholders, accommodating and negotiating their requirements to ensure effective prioritization and allocation of resources.
Leverage your expertise in managing internal change projects to drive successful transformations within the organization, considering and addressing the needs of executives.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer service delivery in the technology services space, leveraging this knowledge to enhance processes and exceed customer expectations.
What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced highly degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Change/Program Manager, successfully leading and delivering complex projects within technology, retail, and/or nonprofit industries Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong stakeholder management abilities, accommodating and negotiating the needs of executives to foster collaborative relationships and influence decision-making processes.
Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong internal and external networks.
Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
Experience managing teams without formal authority, effectively coordinating and motivating individuals towards project success.
Experience managing internal change projects driving successful transformations within organizations while accommodating the needs of executives.
A clear understanding of customer service delivery in the technology services space, focusing on continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
