*Customer Service Duties*
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone/text, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, resolve issues, and intercept payments
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
-Conduct yourself in a positive, upbeat manner that is appropriate with our brand
*Qualifications*
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a *fast-paced* environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
