Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, team-first and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.
This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can utilize your communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, debit/credit questions, and other related inquiries - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary We offer competitive pay, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
