* Welcomes all with a warm greeting and smile.
* Quickly engages each patient, establishes rapport, and assesses their needs.
* Collects all co-pays, deductibles, and balances at the time of service.
* Verifies insurance and confirms all patient demographics are up to date.
* Follows proper protocols for scheduling appointments for patient consultations, procedures, and visits with medical personnel.
* Balances daily transactions, production, and processes end-of-day reports.
* Optimizes patient flow while maintaining quality and patient satisfaction.
* Handles phone calls promptly, patient’s needs are identified, responds to the patient in a friendly manner, and the call is routed as needed.
