*The Role:*
The *Web Customer Service / Order Entry Team Member* is responsible for providing customer service for web customers and for order entry processing for all web orders.
*Responsibilities*
* Process web orders, download eBay, scan emails for order changes, release orders from admin hold, print by Amazon, eBay, DS, Ministry, and Shop.
Stamp same day orders/scan orders to shipping
* Process web orders by phone or email
* Handle web customer service issues
* Process multiple email accounts for all the websites customer service sites
* Data Entry- keying and printing orders, release orders on admin hold
*Position Requirements*
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Good communication skills, written and verbal
* Time management
* Problem solving
* Attention to detail
* Work independently
* Task oriented
* Fast typing skills
* Experience with MS Office
