*Customer Service Representative*
*Job Description*
Chandler Equipment is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative focused on dealing with the two divisions of our company ; Chandler Truck Accessories and Chandler Vac.
As a customer service representative, or CSR, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
We are looking for a qualified candidate who values productivity and customer engagement, and who can work well with others.
Experience in or passion for overlanding, vehicles, or outdoor lifestyle is encouraged.
*Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
· Answers phone calls
· Input orders
· Responsible for Return Material Authorizations
· Facilitate in stock shipments
· Resolve shipping errors
· Release orders to the Warehouse
· Have basic Office365 skills
*This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
