*Duties:*
- Coordinate and schedule service work orders for customers
- Dispatch technicians to ensure timely service
- Communicate with technicians, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on service status
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of service work orders and update databases
- Collaborate with the office staff to optimize routes and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with service regulations and company policies
*Skills:*
- Strong transportation planning skills to effectively coordinate schedules and routes
- Excellent phone etiquette to provide professional customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Accurate data entry skills to update service databases
- Experience with FieldEdge is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during service operations
