*Customer Care Specialist - Overnight shift*

Responsibilities:
· Assists customers in scheduling pick-ups and deliveries of small parcels, pallets, LTL’s, and truck loads.
· Responds to customer emails and takes customer phone calls to answer questions, coach customers regarding their expectations, and ensure quality of customer service in each transaction.
· Generate reports to provide customer information as needed.
· Key in orders received from customers and vendors into a spreadsheet which tracks all orders.
*This position requires exceptional proactive communication skills with internal and external customers to ensure the overall promotion of a professional workplace in a fast-paced environment.

*QUALIFICATIONS*
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 3-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a transportation environment
· Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy
· Effective communication skills
· Knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
*Preferred Skills*
· Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
· Ability to adapt to changing environments
· Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, managers, and peers
