Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information or resolve issues - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities, particularly fluent in Spanish is a plus - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
