Guest Services Representative

```Duties``` We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities: - Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Skills: - Excellent guest relations skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Experience with night audit procedures is preferred - Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing exceptional service to guests, we would love to hear from you.
