CSR - Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is Summit Aviation's front door representative.
As the CSR you serve as the primary initial contact on behalf of our company and must convey a sense of expertise in the delivery of our services and capabilities.
A professional appearance and professional manners must be maintained at all times.
The CSR is responsible for establishing and maintaining a friendly relationship with customers through customer account management, processing multiple forms of payments, setting up rental cars and communicating Summit Aviation needs across multiple organizations.
This position requires all assigned tasks are completely met in a timely and efficient manner.
Other requirements not listed here are to be expected throughout daily operations.
