The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing an exceptional customer service experience to retain customers
Effective clear & concise communication with customers via phone & email
Develop proactive routines to minimize customer issues relating to service and billing
Investigate customer issues by listening and creating mutually beneficial outcomes
Scheduling of termite and pest control services
Processing payments, accurate management of customer accounts
Communicating with technicians in the field regarding all aspects of service
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
Self-Starter who is detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
Proficiency with Mac, Google, Outlook, Email, Office, excellent communication skills
Experience with accounts receivable, billing systems and CRM
United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
Pass background check and drug screen
Work Hours: Full-Time, M-F, Saturdays
Compensation: Hourly + OT, Bonuses
