The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong and positive long-term client relationships while meeting and exceeding TPC and client expectations for service.
Key responsibilities include processing client payrolls in an accurate and timely manner, providing technical support and end-user guidance, responding to general payroll questions, and proactively managing clients' accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

WHAT WILL I DO?
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and exceptional client support.
Your key responsibilities include:
Payroll Compliance Specialist- Oversee daily payroll operations, and conduct quarterly and year-end audits for accuracy and compliance.
Client Support Specialist - Manage a portfolio of client accounts, provide expert guidance and training on web-based products, and promptly address client inquiries.
Detail-Oriented Organizer and Supportive Team Player - Maintain meticulous client profiles and processing instructions, and provide backup support to team members.
Collaboration Champion - Contribute to special projects, and collaborate effectively with team members.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
Four-year degree or equivalent combined education and work experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years prior payroll experience preferred.
Previous account management experience preferred.
Experience working with iSolved or other Human Capital Management systems is beneficial.
