Customer Account Support

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Provide customer service and operations to cultivate strong customer relationships.
This involves tasks such as item development/creation, pricing maintenance, creating customer estimates, daily correspondence, and more.
* Work closely with the sales and development teams of customers to understand customers’ requirements for fabric, testing, and color management.
* Manage the submission and tracking of development and pre-production testing.
* Maintain relationships with all licensors to retain current business and build new business.
* Communicate to customers and or sales team production timelines for sample yardage.
* Travel when necessary to execute job initiatives.
* Obtain and maintain in-depth market knowledge of substrates used in our industry.
* Possess knowledge of current production schedule to meet customer needs.
* Daily email and verbal correspondence with our China office.
* Cross train in other areas to understand other team members’ responsibilities to be able to cover in the absence of team member.
* Prepare weekly sales reports.
* Aid in the preparation of budget lines affected by external customer development and sales.

_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
00 - $70,000.
