MARCK Industries, a leading player in the waste management industry, is seeking a dedicated and Fleet Dispatcher for our Solid division.
This role to our operations, the efficient utilization of our fleet and providing exceptional service to our customers.
a Fleet Dispatcher, you will be part of a dynamic team, coordinating the use of trucks, drivers, and containers to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule services based on designated routes and locations.
Prepare and dispense the daily route schedule.
Interact courteously with customers, drivers, and the general public.
Perform daily driver check-ins to ensure the accurate completion of assigned routes.
Conduct customer follow-ups and proactively address potential service problems.
Ensure data accuracy in our systems and generate related productivity reports.
Communicate potential problems, service needs, and incidents to management.
Assign driver training and ensure compliance with company safety training plans.
Answer the majority of inbound calls.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of prior customer service experience.
Proficiency in computer use.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in dispatching is preferred.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a day shift from Monday to Friday.
Overtime may be required.
