The Customer Operations Coordinator works to organize and oversee various projects and operational tasks at SupplyPike.
The primary responsibilities include coordinating, executing tasks, and facilitating overall productivity across the Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities Analyze and maintain current customer operations processes, performance, and metrics, recommending improvement solutions when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the Customer Success platform, and CRM systems or other databases.
Generate reports and insights from customer data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Share customer insights, feedback, and trends to drive product and process improvements.
Coordinate customer and prospect onboarding processes, ensuring smooth onboarding of data and successful product implementations.
Assist in designing and implementing customer marketing and retention campaigns.
Support the Customer Success team with various administrative tasks, including ad-hoc requests and projects.
Drive Customer Success operational improvements and strategic projects across SupplyPike.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
Organized and excellent at time management and problem-solving and able to effectively communicate status to multiple parties.
Able to multitask and prioritize issues.
Able to build positive relationships with SupplyPike team members and customers through clear, concise, and timely communication.
Tech-savvy and can learn new technologies quickly.
