Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities: Administrative office tasks, including but not limited to taking payments, researching billing issues, answering calls, quoting coverage changes and following up on payments and cancellations.
Completing policy reviews and underwriting requests.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Continuously looking for sales opportunities in the conversations had on a daily basis.
