Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Customer Service Representative position in our Springdale Child Outpatient location.
The Customer Service Representative will schedule appointments on behalf of therapists, run reports, take co-pays and provide information directly to current and potential clients of Arisa Health.
The ideal candidate will have one year of experience scheduling appointments within a medical office.
The person will also provide back up for other locations within northwest Arkansas.

Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly).
Work Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.
m.
to 5:00 p.
m.
What our Customer Service Representative will do:
Schedule appointments on behalf of therapists and proactively work to fill open spots on therapists' calendars when cancellations arise
Check clients in and out in a timely manner
Complete pre-appointment checks for clients.
Prepare and maintain client records, accurately maintain fee agreements, update eligibilities, assess that needed pre-certifications and authorizations are in place.
Provide an interactive, welcoming response to all ARISA Health inquiries for service by engaging clients in a supportive, non-judgmental way.
Work and reconcile reports within the Electronic Medical Record (Discharge, Disclosure, PDA’s, MTP signature count, open events, incomplete services, scheduled and arrived visits, date of last service, Red X, and client without case manager, etc.
).
Work with other associates on problems related to weekly reports and/or billing issues.
Manage VISA receipts and bi-monthly ordering of supplies for department as needed.
Answer phones within three rings, taking accurate messages and routing calls as appropriate.
Collect payments in accordance with ARISA Health payment policy and entering of payments into EMR, making daily deposits, handle all outgoing and incoming mail, which may include drop off and pick up at Post Office.
Copy and fax documents as needed by clinical staff and other administrative staff.
Reconcile reports within the EMR.

Preferred experience:
One year of experience in a medical office is preferred
Experience with Credible EMR system
