Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Jr.
Kindergarten Teacher to join our team.
As a Jr.
Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of young learners.
Your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Teach foundational skills such as literacy, math, and social studies through engaging activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and cooperation
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs or learning challenges
- Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Implement behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
- Act as a mentor and role model for students, promoting positive values and character development
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
Experience:
- High school or Higher
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with education administration processes and procedures
- Ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young learners
