Personal Trainer (part-time) Bentonville, AR Part-time: hours per week based on demand Schedule: hiring for multiple shifts Come join the HealthFitness team at the NEW Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness facility as a personal trainer.
Our Personal Trainers are true professionals.
Their sole responsibility is to design customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs.
You will be responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members participating in the program, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.
What you'll need to have Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
OSHA compliant Adult/Infant/Child First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute or National Safety Counsel is required prior to start.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
