Panasonic Omnivision 4 Head VCR Model PV-V4021 Front and rear audio/video inputs.
Rear audio/video outputs.
Used but in good condition.
I used it recently to determine what some unlabeled VHS tapes had on them and no longer need the unit.
I do not have the remote control.
Universal remote controls are rather cheap.
