Found dog on West Walnut Street (Rogers)

I was at Petco and this dog wandered in, he was in the parking lot for a bit before he went inside.
No one knows who he belongs to, he's very skittish but he did take 1 treat from us.
His eyes are 2 different colors, one is brown and the other is ice blue.
He has brown eyebrows, so he looks like a cross between a Doberman or a German shepherd and an Australian shepherd or a Husky.
I'd say he's a little over medium-sized for a dog.
His collar was green but had no tag.
The employees got in contact with animal control so he should be with them, I'd call Petco to make sure.
