The Demand T eam focuses on all aspects of demand g eneration w ith a core competency in transportation products and technology.
T he team informs customer acquisition and growth strategy , customer experience, product roadmaps, and process enhancement.

What we are looking for:
Leadership: Proven success building ground-up/early-stage account management strategies and teams in freight brokerage and/or transportation environments.
Regularly review and action customer portfolio's performance on growth, profitability, key performance indicators, and payment .
Stay up to date on industry topics and trends and incorporate into customer portfolio strategy.
Relationship Management : Effectively leverage internal and external relationships to drive optimal demand results and foster mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and Walmart.
Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews that review performance results and drive strategic growth initiatives forward.
Business Analytics: Leverages data to determine optimal growth strategies a nd perform ad hoc analysis.
Develop reporting that not only presents analyses in a consumable manner but draws insights to make informed and strategic customer decisions.
Product Operations Support: Represent the voice of the customer t o help product management make better-informed decisions and build differentiated products for customers and the industry .
Negotiation Excellence: Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies that enhance long-term relationships and benefits for all stakeholders at the enterprise level.
Diffuses conflict and maintains professionalism to reach compromise if positions or desired results are not attainable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field such as Supply Chain Management , or equivalent experience in Supply Chain and/or Transportation
Sales and/or Strategic Account Management experience with proven success in customer expansion /growth
A background in freight brokerage and/or FTL transportation growth strategy
Be a problem solver and enjoy planning for the future
Be customer-centric and enjoy building relationships internally and externally
Able to learn and adapt quickly and handle multiple projects at one time
A self-starter and able to work independently in ambiguous environments
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years' experience with Microsoft Office.
