Experienced Residential Property Manager -Rogers AR and Pea Ridge AR

We're expanding in the local market and beyond, and we want to add members to our amazing team of *Property Managers* in *Rogers, Bentonville, and Pea Ridge, AR*! Join us for one of the area's leading property management companies! *What You Will Do* Lead the charge for effective leasing and property management for the best properties in town! * Effectively lead, direct and manage the day to day functions of one or more properties * Communicate the features and benefits of the property while building rapport and providing great leasing services * Budget and manage leasing sales * Negotiate vendor contracts for the property * Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements * Train and develop staff to provide excellent service * Frequently sitting, standing and walking.
Occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs *What You Will Need* * Management or supervisory experience- 1 to 2 years minimum (service-oriented industry) * Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property * Technical experience and effective computer skills- Yardi experience preferred * The ability to multi-task and to follow-up with potential renters, vendors and residents * Exceptional communications both over the phone and in-person We invite you to join a winning team and bring your talents to work.
