Searching for a private room, lease takeover, or roomate. (Fayetteville)

About me: female working professional, quiet, very tidy, recently got a job in Fayetteville.
What I'm looking for: either a private room and private bathroom in a shared house that is smoke free, taking over a lease for a one bedroom place or studio, or sharing an apartment with one other person.
I will only live with other females.
Housing/apartment must have an in unit washer and dryer.
Looking to secure this ASAP as I will be moving on March 1st.
