I have a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home and I am currently renting out one of the rooms, preferably to an older female.
The house is a smoke-free environment and I do not have any pets.
It is a peaceful and quiet place to live.
The available room can be furnished or unfurnished according to your preference, and you will have your own spacious full-size bathroom.
The monthly rent is $625 with a $200 deposit.
As for utilities, I kindly request that you contribute 1/3 of the total bill for your portion.
You will also have access to the provided WiFi.
The house features a large deck and a privacy-fenced yard for your enjoyment.
Additionally, you will have your own pantry and refrigerator space.
Feel free to cook whatever you like, just remember to clean up after yourself.
Parking is available in the 2-car garage and driveway.
