Job Details:
Pay will be determined by skill - Starting at 18.
75 to 30.
80/hr.
Hours - 4 am - 4 pm
Schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every other weekend
Maintaining and repairing all plant equipment as needed and instructed in the production lines, packout, and throughout the plant.
These duties include but are not limited to: Performing maintenance on tote lift systems, dicers, tapers, weight tech baggers, and on any other equipment as needed to ensure it’s in a good working condition.
Making any necessary repairs and adjustments to production equipment.
Breakdown and set up of production equipment during set up and break down of each shift.
Performing any cutting of and welding of equipment as needed.
Working with other Maintenance team members on different projects as needed.
Responding to calls on the radio for maintenance in a timely manner.
Completing all PMs assigned to the best ability and in a timely manner.
Communicating with production Supervisors to ensure all production needs are met.
Being part of the HAZMAT team.
Communicating any issues/problems to the Supervisor, as well as any other suggestions/issues that arise.
Performing any other duties as assigned/requested by Supervisor.
Requirements:
Must have good verbal and written communication skills needed to read and communicate instructions for repairs/installations.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand and walk during long periods of time during the 12-hour shift.
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 90 pounds.
6 months of previous maintenance experience preferred.
