Wanting to barter a 1997 GMC truck - $2,500 (Eagle Rock)

Wanting to trade a 1997 GMC truck it runs good, no leaks oil leaks, good transmission needs interior work done on doors and glove box, my son removed it All and never fixed it.
It has a dent on front fender 2 seats crew cab high mileage 200000 but was owned by the city and was well maintained.
