*Shift Manager Responsibilities:*
* Managing daily restaurant operations and upholding Five Guys standards
* Coaching and motivating team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
* Supporting business initiatives related to costs, inventory, and procedures
* Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
* Interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
*Qualifications:*
* 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other systems
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks
