Your role at Clorox:
The Capabilities Associate Manager – Digital Transformation will be a key part of enabling Clorox’s Digital Transformation journey for the Sales function.
You will be on the leading edge of rolling out new technology to the Sales function by delivering Sales capabilities within Project Elevate touching the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool and supporting Sales Applications

In this role, you will:
Accountability for the implementation of a set of sales initiatives within Project Vista supporting the launch of our new ERP and boundary applications.
Coordinate SME support and input
Document current and future state process
Define and create sprint deliverables and document user stories
Translate business process into technical design
What we look for:
5+ years of CPG Sales experience
Ability to operate successfully both strategically and tactically
Must be able to work effectively with others and build strong sustainable business relationships at all levels and functions of the organization
Strong analytical and communication skills
Self directed, results oriented and strong team player
Ability to think critically and creatively
People Management experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree required

is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100
–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300
–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600
