This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment.
Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program.

We are currently seeking an individual to fill our Lead Specialist, Learning and Development role between February 2024 and August 2024 for our Deloitte Technology Academy team.

Come Join Us (Currently Hiring Teams) Deloitte Technology Academy: This temporary role will focus on assisting with the development and delivery of DTA-specific L&D programs focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Within our Development Center of Excellence, you will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities.
Responsibilities may include: Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes Review deliverables for accuracy and quality Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at Deloitte Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems The Successful Candidate Will Possess Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed virtual environment Ability to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experience, a plus Experience working in a learning and development organization is beneficial Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum 6 years of related professional experience Must be eligible to work within the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables: In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control - The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 to $149,700.
