Area Supervisor

Area Supervisor Full time evening position with benefits after 90 days.
Hours are Mon-Fri 3:00-Midnight with an occassional Saturday evening.
Company veheicle, cell phone and computer.
$18/Salarly 1-Assists in training new building supervisors/leads and general cleaners.
2-Maintains and delivers supplies and equipment to client locations 3-Assists with cleaning of assigned facilities as needed.
4-Works directly with Human Resources Manager regarding payroll status changes such as discipline, termination, change of employee job location, pay raises, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -Experience in building maintenance operations -Experience in supervising people in any capacity -Ability to effectively communicate with people of various professional levels -Ability to interface with customer personnel -Customer relations -Valid drivers license with clear driving record
